As your family physician, I am writing to inform you that I have joined the Central Vaughan Family Health Organization (FHO) as of June 1st, 2024, a group of six physicians sharing after-hours services for our patients.

As part of this change, effective Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, I will be relocating to:
3300 Rutherford Road, Unit B6, Concord, ON, L4K 5K2

When I am not available, you can now see one of the FHO doctors after hours (5-8 PM) or call 811 to access emergency care (24/7). This setup prevents the need for random walk-in clinic visits. Per Ontario Government rules, if you visit a walk-in clinic outside our group, you can no longer be rostered with me as your family physician. This does not apply to hospital or specialist visits.
